The False Premise:

The Constitutional right to privacy allows abortion on demand.

There is no right to privacy found anywhere in the Constitution. A right to privacy would allow a crime committed on private property to be insulated from justice.

The False Premise:

The undelivered infant is part of the mother and the mother has the right to choose what she can do with her body. The undelivered infant is not part of the mother’s body. The mother is born with all her organs; an infant in the uterus is not one of them. The mother’s blood supply and the infant’s are completely separated. The infant has its own unique genetic makeup, blood type and its own organs. The infant responds to stimuli independently of the mother. The infant is an independent human being temporarily residing within a mother’s womb.

The False Premise:

Prior to a certain post-gestational age the undelivered infant is not human.

Modern science has proven that all the necessary components creating a human being are in place the moment of conception. We are as human after conception as after delivery. We would not exist today if terminated at any stage post conception.

The False Premise:

The undelivered infant can be sacrificed if a product of rape or incest.

The infant conceived as a consequence of rape or incest is innocent. Where society will not execute the perpetrator of rape or incest it allows the execution of the completely innocent infant.

The False Premise:

Abortion is a women’s rights issue.

Gender selection abortions practiced in many countries such as India and China result in millions more baby girls killed than boys. More than 50 percent of American women oppose abortion.

The False Premise:

Abortion is a human rights issue.

In the United states Blacks and Hispanics are disproportionately targeted for birth control, fulfilling Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger’s eugenics inspired policy of promoting “ racial superiority” by reducing the populations of Blacks, Hispanics, and Jews.

The False Premise:

Children should not be brought into an environment of poverty.

Poverty is a relative condition. The wealthiest aristocrats of the Middle Ages lived under conditions far worse than Americans living in the lowest economic class. Would we have advised all pregnancies in the Middle Ages be aborted? Ask any child living in poverty today if he or she would prefer never to have existed.

The False Premise:

The mother has the right to kill the unborn infant because the infant cannot survive without the sustenance provided by the mother during pregnancy.

No infant could survive even after delivery without being provided sustenance by someone else. Does that give the mother the right to kill the infant after delivery? Many elderly or disabled could not survive if not provided sustenance by a caregiver. That does not give the caregiver the right to kill the person provided sustenance.

The False Premise:

The undelivered infant can be sacrificed if the pregnancy endangers the health or life of the mother.

There do not exist any health conditions what- so- ever in the pregnant woman, which require the intentional killing of the undelivered infant. An earlier than term delivery may be necessary but the intentional killing of the infant is never required.

Thus as the bases of the pro-choice movement are all false the Roe V. Wade decision permitting abortion on demand must also be false.

Roe v Wade declares the absurd notion the undelivered infant is NOT a person and thus not protected by the due process clause of the Constitution found in the Fifth Amendment. Just as The Dred Scott decision of 1857 declared slavery legal as the slave was not a citizen and thus denied Constitutional protection.

Roe v Wade postulates a false definition of abortion as “the termination of human pregnancy with an intention other than to produce a live birth.”

Abortion is the premature termination of any process. Abortion of pregnancy for reasons of mother’s health can be accomplished without the killing of a live infant. Thus the big lie is the purpose of abortion is the termination of pregnancy to preserve a mother’s life and health when the truth of abortion is the intentional killing of an innocent infant for the convenience of the mother or her partner.

The Roe v Wade decision is based on lies not in part but in its entirety. The Pro-Choice movement is populated by, supported by and promoted by liars, frauds and dupes.

THE MANDATE

The First Amendment’s declaration of the right of religious expression does not create that right anymore than astronomers declaring the earth is round make it so. The Earth is round. It is a natural truth irrespective of man’s opinion just as the freedom of religious expression is a natural right irrespective of man’s opinion. The First Amendment’s right of religious expression is merely a declaration of the Nation’s Founding Principle that the right of religious freedom is not granted by government but guaranteed by government. And if the government should deny the exercise of that right, the right does not disappear, rather what disappears is the legitimacy of government.
